2006-07: Quickly developed into a backstroke and breaststroke specialist as member of the Boxers' two-man team...Placed 11th at NWC Championships in 200-yard breaststroke (2:24.07) and 13th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.85)...Also competed at conference in 200-yard individual medley...Became Pacific's first men's top-eight placer at the Northwest Invitational, placing sixth in both the 100-yard backstroke (2:28.56) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:06.98)...Won the 100 free and 200 breast in his first college dual meet against Pacific Lutheran 11/18/06.
High School: Swam at San Pedro High School...Finished with career best of 1:15 in the 100-yard breaststyroke...Also swam two seasons with Zenith Aquatic Program under Deanne Pryer...Also participated in varsity cross country.
Personal: Son of James Seixas and Astrid Thungen...Biology major and Spanish minor.
