Track & Field 2010: Posted season bests of 5:27.59 in the 1,500 meters and 12:31.93 in the steeplechase…Finished ninth in the NWC Championship in the steeplechase, just missing a scoring place.
 
Cross Country 2009: Ran in all seven meets and was either the Boxers’ No. 3 or No. 4 runner in all but one…Ran season best of 25:08.09 over 6,000 meters at the PLU Invitational on 10/10/09…Time ranked as No. 17 on All-Time Top-25 List at the distance…Ran 5,000-meter best of 20:59 at Mike Hodges Invitational on 10/16/09…Was No. 3 runner at NCAA West Regional, finishing 85th.
 
High School: Ran for Mike Olin at Mark Morris High School…2008-09: Season best of 14:46 in cross country…Finished fifth at district championship and participated at the Washington state meet…Ran track season best of 12:01 in 3,200 meters and finished sixth at district meet…2007-08: Ran season best of 20:01 in cross country…Placed ninth in district meet and 35th at Washington state championships…Ran track bests of 2:46 in 800 meters, 5:35 in 1,600 meters and 11:58 in 3,200 meters….Finished fifth in district meet in 3,200 meters…Also played varsity basketball.
