Yandall enters her seventh season as the head coach of the Pacific softball program. She served as an assistant coach on previous Coach, Tim Hill's staff before taking over as head coach for him on May 22, 2014 becoming the fifth head coach in Pacific softball history. 

During her tenure at Pacific, Yandall has posted a career record of 114-104-1 overall and 77-67 in Northwest Conference play. She has coached 23 All-NWC selections, nine NFCA West All-Region honorees, one All-American and 45 NWC scholar-athletes. In the 2016 season she had players earn NWC "Player of the Year" (Rachel Roberts) and NWC "Pitcher of the Year" (Marissa Reichard). 

In her first season as the leader in the Boxer dugout in 2015, Yandall managed the team to a 29-15 overall mark and a 19-9 ledger in Northwest Conference play. The 29 wins is the second highest total in school history, and the 19 conference victories landed her team a share of second place and a berth in the Northwest Conference tournament.
  
When she was an assistant coach for the Boxers she served as recruiting coordinator for Hill, with the specific charge of building the Boxers’ junior varsity program.

Prior to her arrival at Pacific, Yandall spent four seasons as an assistant coach at Willamette, where she managed the recruiting efforts for her alma mater’s program. She served as the Bearcats’ infield coach, developing ten All-NWC and three All-West Region selections. Yandall was also charged with developing the Bearcats’ strength and conditioning program, which she brought with her to Pacific. 

In addition to her college coaching, Yandall spent two seasons as head coach of the Oregon Panthers 16U team and was assistant coach for the Panthers’ 18 Gold Team. She also spent two summers as an assistant camp director for Nike Softball Camps. Yandall also works as a collegiate instructor for USA Preps Camps.

A four-year letterwinner in softball at Willamette, the former Liz Gilgan was a three-time All-NWC selection and earned first team honors as an infielder in 2008. A three-year captain and four-year starter, she was selected in 2008 as a NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete. She wrapped up her four-year career with a .363 batting average tallying 157 hits, 125 runs scored, 63 RBI, 11 home runs. Yandall still holds the school record in career stolen bases (92) and attempts (104), along with career runs scored (125) and runs scored in a single season (46). She ranks third in single season home runs (7), total bases (80), stolen bases (27) and stolen bases attempts (32), while ranking fourth in career hits (157) and Top 10 in several other categories. 

Yandall graduated from Willamette with a degree in economics and went on to earn her master’s of business administration with a concentration in marketing also from Willamette (2009). Yandall's husband Eki, is a former football player at Willamette.
