NEWBERG, Ore.—The Pacific women's tennis team dropped just three matches on the way to beating George Fox for the second time this season.
The Boxers (3-10, 3-7 NWC) dropped just one doubles match and two singles matches to George Fox (4-13, 1-10 NWC).
Pacific got wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles flights. At No. 2, 
Megan Yoshimoto (Jr., Mililani, Hawaii) and 
Stephanie Velligas (Sr., Waimanalo, Hawaii) defeated Alyssa Emoto and Shaina Inn 8-3 and 
Kelsey Trujillo (Fr., Honolulu, Hawaii) and 
Traci Mo (Jr., Kapolei, Hawaii) beat Liliya Abildayeva and Bethany Nguyen 8-5 at the No. 3 position.
In singles play the Boxers were consistent throughout the line-up. Cat Goya (Jr., Kaneohe, Hawaii) claimed a 6-4, 6-4 win over Molly Beaumont at the No. 1 spot and Yoshimoto defeated Emoto 6-1, 6-1 at the No. 2 position. Trujillo gained the 6-1, 6-1 over Cara Griffith at the No. 4, while Velligas added the final Pacific win at the No. 5 position with a 6-1, 7-5 victory over Abildayeva.
The Boxers will play host to Lewis & Clark tomorrow at Holce Tennis Courts at 1 p.m. The match will conclude the Pacific's home matches for the season.
