Box Score Hannah Shore recorded a hat trick, scoring a pair of second half goals to complement a goal in the first half to lead host Corban to a 3-2 win over Pacific on Thursday in Salem. Â
Pacific (0-3) senior
Emily Thompson was involved in both scoring opportunities for the Boxers in the loss. The Orange County, California native in the second minute caught the Corban defense by surprise, blasting a shot from nearly 35 yards out for the early 1-0 in favor of the visitors.
Thompson nearly added her second goal of the opening half when she hit a shot that hit the crossbar in the 13
th minute.
The Warriors (2-2) began to pressure the Pacific defense and broke through with three shots, securing the equalizer in the 37
th minute. Hannah Shore poked in a shot from close range after a pass from Riley Smetzler to tie the contest.

Shore added her second goal of the game, scoring in the 51
st minute on a 1 on 1 opportunity against the Boxers' goalkeeper. Â Three minutes later, she completed the hat trick with a goal as she worked her way past the Pacific defense.

Courtney Olsen each had scoring opportunity in the 75

th minute, respectively that was saved by Elizabeth Brock.
The Boxers cut the deficit to one when senior
Kira Negrete scored after a deflection of a penalty kick attempt by Thompson in the 81
st minute.
