Loggers Defeat Boxers, 2-0

Box Score A pair of first half goals led host Puget Sound to a 2-0 win over the Pacific University women's soccer team on Sunday.

The Boxers (3-7-1, 1-6-1 NWC) Karla Herrera-Zarate and Brooke Nakamura accounted for both shots on goal in the loss.

The Loggers (8-3-1, 6-1-1 NWC) went ahead in the 11th minute as Kylee Roath successfully headed in a corner kick, following four shots that were blocked by a stingy Pacific defense.
