The Pacific University women's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision to Luther College at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida on Monday.
 
The Boxers (3-8) started the day, winning at #2 and #3 doubles. The Boxer duo of Johanna Wilson and Haile Chang were 8-5 winners at #2 and Adrienne Powell and Jessica Eligio were 8-7 (7-5) were victorious at #3 doubles.
 
The Norse managed to win four of the six singles matches, clinching the victory.

Pacific picked up singles wins at #1 by Chantelle Baclay and at #2 by Haile Chang. Baclay won in three sets, 5-7, 6-0, 1-0 (10-6) and Chang was victorious by a 6-2, 6-4 margin.

Next, Pacific will wrap up its trip to Orlando with a contest against Wellesley College.
