Senior Dempsey Roggenbuck scored 32 points on 13 of 19 shooting for visiting Linfield University Saturday night as the Wildcats (5-1) completed a weekend sweep of the Pacific men's basketball team (2-4), 105-87.
Pacific trailed by double digits for much of the game and cut the lead to 9 with 7:52 left in the second half on an
Ethan Chung three-pointer, but that would be as close as the Boxers could get against the Wildcats who shot 60% from the field on the night, including 46% from three-point range.
The Boxers were led by Senior
Colin Rardin's 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Brennen McNabb,
Ethan Moss, and Chung also scored in double digits for the Boxers.
The Boxers return to the court next weekend for a home-and-home series against Corban University.
