TACOMA -- Playing at home, Pacific earned a 1-1 tie against Pacific Lutheran at the beginning of October.Â
The rematch on the road was a different story with the Lutes rolling to a 6-0 victory on Saturday.Â
Pacific Lutheran, who scored four goals in the first half and added two more in the second, fired 15 shots on goal in the victory to improve to 11-0-2 in the Northwest Conference.
The Boxers recorded three shots on goal, including two by
Evan Bleyer.Â
Zach Aderinto and
Keolakupono Mataele split time at goalkeeper for Pacific. Aderinto had four saves in 28 minutes and Mataele finished with five saves in 61 minutes.Â
Next, the Boxers remain in Tacoma to take on Puget Sound Sunday.Â
