Brooklyn Yano had a senior day to remember.

The Pacific senior scored two goals Sunday in a 2-2 tie against Willamette.

Yano's first goal tied the match at 1-1 in the 56th minute. Her second goal put the Boxers ahead 2-1 in th 76th minute.

But a Willamette penalty kick in the 88th minute spoiled Pacific's chance at a season-ending victory.

Sophomore Grace Hammermeister and freshman Julia Fechter each had an assist in the tie. Splitting time at goalkeeper, Isabella De La Cruz and Elle Hamilton, each recorded a save. Pacific had four shots on goal. The tie broke a four-match losing streak. 

The Boxers finished the 2023 season 4-13-2 overall and 3-11-2 in the Northwest Conference.
