MARSHALL, Texas – The Pacific University baseball team dropped a loser out game Saturday morning with an 8-1 loss to Cal Lutheran.
The Kingsmen opened up the scoring in the bottom of the second inning when their second hit of the game cleared the left field fence for a solo homerun.
In the bottom of the fifth, they were able to stretch their lead to 6-0 with a homerun as well as a couple run producing base hits.
The Boxers lone run of the game came in the sixth when
Matt Gibbs was able to drive in
Ty Yukumoto who stood on second base.
Pacific concludes the 2023 season with a 25-15 record as well as NWC regular season champions for the third straight season
