SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- Pacific allowed a goal early in the first half and then again to start the second in a 2-0 loss to the University of California, Santa Cruz Friday.
Luca Bravo scored in the second minute to give the Banana Slugs a quick 1-0 lead. Adrian Jacobs then put the ball in the back of the net in the 48th minute to complete the scoring.

Pacific's California trip concludes Sunday with a 1 p.m. matchup against California Lutheran.
The Boxers then open Northwest Conference play Saturday, Sept 16 at George Fox.Â
