Boxers tie Puget Sound 0-0

Pacific recorded its third shutout of the season, but the Boxers too couldn't find the back of the net, tying Puget Sound 0-0 Friday night.

Pacific had 11 shots, but only three on goal in the tie. The three shots on goal came from three different players -- Aidan Heflin, Adam Landy and Connor Barres.

Goalkeeper Zach Aderinto had five saves in the shutout.

The tie was the Boxers fourth of the season and first in conference play after two consecutive losses to Whitman and Whitworth.

Next, the Boxers host Pacific Lutheran Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
