Pacific goalkeeper
Zach Aderinto recorded a season-high nine saves as the Boxers defeated Whitman 1-0 Sunday afternoon at Hanson Stadium.
The victory was Pacific's fourth straight and the Boxers third consecutive shutout.Â
Camden Wyatt provided the game's only goal in the 39th minute on assists from
Brodie Buchert and
Garrett Heuett.Â
Pacific, who improved to 6-4-1 in the Northwest Conference, has outscored its last four opponents 9-1.
Sunday's win was just the second over Whitman since 2016. The six conference wins are already the most since the Boxers finished 8-3-3 in 2016.Â
