SALEM -- The Pacific women's soccer team has certainly found a scoring threat.
Sophomore
Mirella Garcia netted her seventh goal of the season Wednesday night at Willamette in a 1-1 tie.
All of the scoring came early. After Garcia put the Boxers up 1-0 in the third minute on an assist from
Makaila Takahashi, Willamette quickly tied the game with a goal in the fifth minute.
Pacific recorded four shots on goal from four different players -- Garcia, Olivia Azzoliini,
Gwendolyn Saing and
Rissalyn Hara. Goalkeeper
Kylie Pascual had three saves.
