Pacific improved to 4-1 in the Northwest Conference Sunday afternoon with a commanding 8-1 victory over Willamette.
Playing at the Holce Tennis Courts in Forest Grove, the Boxers won all six singles matches.
Cassidy and
Sydnie Binder did not lose a game at No. 1 and 2 singles, each winning 6-0, 6-0.
Mia Yamaguchi also won 6-0, 6-0 at 5 singles.
After losing the first set 2-6 at 3 singles, Valentina Casab-Klesova stormed back to defeat Richelle Suzuki 6-3, 6-2.
Sofia Mazzola topped Eva Lief 6-0, 6-2 at 4 singles.
Morgan Wagoner edged Ruby Thompson 7-6 (7-3), 5-7, 10-5 at 6 singles.
Sydnie and
Cassidy Binder defeated Suzuki and Anika Groener 8-1 at No. 1 singles. Casab-Klesova and Mazzola also won 8-1 at 3 singles.
