Pacific sophomores Henry Tierney and Ally Hammond received 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field All-Region honors by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Top-five individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-three ranked relay team.

Out of the West Region, Tierney was All-Region in the men's 800-meter run. Hammond was All-Region in both the women's 100-meter hurdles and long jump.
