EUGENE -- Behind two goals by senior
Gwendolyn Saing, the Pacific women's soccer team shut out Bushnell 2-0 Sunday evening for its first win of the 2025 season.
Tied 0-0 at halftime, thanks to a save by Pacific goalkeeper
Jaelynn Moo in the 41st minute, Saing put the Boxers up 1-0 in the 53rd minute on an assist from
Taite Taniguchi.
Saing then scored again in the 63rd minute on an assist from
Mirella Garcia.
Taniguchi and
Taylor Eagleson also recorded shots on goal in the win.
