The Pacific women's tennis team took control early, winning all three doubles matches, and then carried the momentum into singles play to defeat Linfield 6-1 on Sunday.
The Boxers won in straight sets at 2 through 6 singles to improve to 3-2 in the Northwest Conference. At 5 singles,
Mia Yamaguchi didn't drop a game, winning 6-0, 6-0.
Brooke Curtis and
Morgan Wagoner also dominated, winning 6-0, 6-3 and 6-1, 6-2 at 4 and 6 singles, respectively.
After tough opening sets,
Stella Nishimura and
Tiara Yeung won their second sets 6-3 and 6-2 at 2 and 3 singles.
