Track & Field 2012: Finished with season bests of 5:28.03 in 1,500 meters, 19:51.88 in the 5,000 meters and 41:33.21 in the 10,000 meters…Competed in the NWC Championships in the 10,000 meters, finishing 15th in 45:01.50.
 
Cross Country 2011: Competed in all seven meets and spent most of the season as the team’s No. 4 or No. 5 runner…Clocked season best of 24:16.59 over 6,000 meters at NWC Championships on 10/29/11…Time ranked No. 15 on Pacific All-Time List…Placed ninth at the season opening Puget Sound Open on 9/3/11…Placed 12th at the Linfield Invitational on 9/10/11.
 
Track & Field 2011: Finished with season bests of 5:26.58 at 1,500 meters, 19:58.04 at 5,000 meters and 42:50.89 at 10,000 meters…Competed at NWC Championships in the 10,00 meters, placing 16th in 45:37.13.
 
Cross Country 2010: Competed in all eight meets and saw a two-minute improvement from start to finish of the season…Ran season best 25:00.42 at the NWC Championships on 10/30/10…Best finish was a 24th place finish at the Warner Pacific Open on 10/16/10.
 
High School: Ran for John McNuty at Madison High School…Three time All-Portland Interscholastic League (PIL) selection…Helped Madison to two PIL titles…Ran cross country best of 20:05.8 for 5,000 meters and track bests of 5:18 for 1,500 meters and 11:32 for 3,000 meters…Also participated in varsity soccer and swimming.
