Track & Field 2012: Ran season bests of 4:15.14 for 1,500 meters and 16:02.65 for 5,000 meters.
 
Cross Country 2011: Second Team All-Northwest Conference selection and NCAA Division III All-West Region selection…Was named to the Division III All-Academic Team by the USTFCCCA…Ran season best of 25:51.78 over 8,000 meters at NWC Championships on 10/29/11, which ranks No. 15 on Pacific’s all-time list…Finished 12th at NWC Championships and 30th at NCAA West Regional Championships.
 
Track & Field 2011: Ran season bests of 4:14.94 in the 1,500 meters, 16:15.97 in the 5,000 meters and 34:27.81 in the 10,000 meters.
 
Cross Country 2010: Ran in all eight meets and was the Boxers’ No. 1 runner in all but one meet…Ran season best of 26:32.38 over 8,000 meters at the Willamette Invitational on 10/2/10…Finished sixth at the Linfield Preview on 9/25/10 with time of 27:01.96…Placed 32nd at the NWC Championships and 46th at NCAA West Regional Meet.

Track & Field 2010: Ran season bests of 4:32.86 in 1,500 meters, 16:17.25 in 5,000 meters and 34:29.66 in the 10,000 meters...Finished 11th in 10,000 meters at the NWC Championships in 35:16.11...Owned team’s best time in 10,000 meters.

Cross Country 2009: Spent most of season as No. 2 runner, competing all season with teammate John Gillem for the top spot...Was Boxers’ top runner at NWC Championships, running season best of 27:21.72...Ran 28:03.95 at NCAA West Regional Championships and was the No. 1 runner for the Boxers.

High School: Ran for Brad Simpkins (XC) and Eli Cirino (track) at Independence High School...Career bests of 16:155 for cross country (5,000m), 2:05 in 800 meters, 4:19 in 1,500 meters, 9:32 in 3,000 meters and 5-foot-10 in the high jump...Three-time state meet participant in cross country...Also played varsity basketball and helped lead Central to second place in Oregon 4A state tournament.
