Track & Field 2012: Finished with season bests of 4:21.13 in the 1,500 meters, 16:01.39 in the 5,000 meters and 33:28.18 in the 10,000 meters…Competed in 10,000 meters at NWC Championships, placing 13th in a time of 34:30.39.
 
Cross Country 2011: Second Team All-NWC and NCAA All-West Region selection…Finished 10th at the NWC Championships with season best time of 25:51.59…The time ranked No. 13 on Pacific’s All-Time List and was the fastest for a Pacific runner since 2006…Notched all-region honors by placing 22nd at NCAA West Region Championships with time of 26:12.6…Placed sixth at Linfield Invitational on 9/24/11 with time of 26:42.41.
 
Track & Field 2011: Ran season bests of 16:23,60 in the 5,000 meters and 34:21.99 in the 10,000 meters…Finished 14th in the 10,000 meters at NWC Championships with time of 35:44.99.
 
Cross Country 2010: Ran in all nine meets, spending most of the season as the team’s No. 5 runner…Ran season best of 27:34.06 at the Willamette Invitational on 10/2/10…Finished 18th at the Linfield Preview on 9/25/10.

Track & Field 2010: Posted season bests of 2:12.11 in 800 meters, 4:34.90 in the 1,500 meters and 16:59.80 in the 5,000 meters...Had the sixth best time for the Boxers in the 5,000 meters.

Cross Country 2009: Ran in all but one of Pacific’s meets...Ran season best of 28:40.32 over 8,000 meters at the NWC Championships on 10/31/09...Was the Boxers’ No. 4 runner at the NCAA West Regional on 11/14/09.

High School: Ran both cross country and track and field at North Bend High School...Had career bests of 16:50 in cross country (5,000m) and 4:20 in the 1,500 meters.
