Track & Field 2013: Qualified for the NWC Championships in the 10,000 meters, placing 18th in a time of 35:38.09…Ran season best of 34:42.43 at the Linfield Erik Anderson Icebreaker on 3/1/13…Clocked season best of 16:40.47 for 5,000 meters at the L&C Invitational on 3/23/13 and 4:40.42 at the Peyton Scoring Meet on 3/29/13.
 
Cross Country 2012: One of three men’s athletes to compete in all seven regular season meets…Ran season best of 27:19.82 for 8,000 meters at the NCAA West Region Championships on 11/12/12…Clocked 17:01.2 over 5,000 meters at the season-opening George Fox dual on 9/1/12…Spent the year as the team’s No. 4 or No. 5 runner and was the No. 3 runner at the Warner Pacific Invite on 10/13/12.
 
Track & Field 2012: Ran season bests of 4:45.96 for 1,500 meters and 17:17.99 for 5,000 meters.
 
Cross Country 2011: Ran in three meets, but missed much of the season due to injury…Ran season best of 30:07.30 over 8,000 meters at the Boxer Rebellion on 10/15/11.
 
Track & Field 2011: Missed most of the season due to injury.
 
Cross Country 2010: Competed in six of the team’s eight meets…Ran season best 27:59.32 at the Willamette Invitational on 10/12/10…Best individual placing was a 22nd place finish at the Linfield Preview on 9/25/10.

High School: Ran for Chris Van Cauteren (cross country) and Bryce Bennett (track and field) at South Albany High School...2009-10: Named the team’s Most Valuable Runner...Ran career best of 17:01 for 5,000 meters...Was named the Most Valuable Distance Runner in track...Ran bests of 2:19 in 800 meters, 4:39 in 1,500 meters and 9:56 in 3,000 meters...2008-09: Third Team All-Mid-Willamette Conference in cross country and was named the team’s Most Improved Runner.
