Track & Field 2012: Had season bests of 5:25.25 for 1,500 meters, 19:32.90 at 5,000 meters and 40:44.10 at 10,000 meters…Competed at the NWC Championships in the 10,000 meters, finishing 10th in 40:44.10, ranking No. 9 on Pacific’s all-time list.
 
Cross Country 2011: Competed in six meets…Ran season best 24:31.6 over 6,000 meters at the NCAA West Regional Championships on 11/12/11…Time ranked No. 16 on Pacific’s All-Time List and finished as Pacific’s No. 2 runner in the race.
 
Track & Field 2011: Had season bests of 19:56.10 in the 5,000 meters and 40:42.64 in the 10,000 meters.
 
Cross Country 2010: Ran in all eight meets…Ran season best of 25:02.93 at NWC Championships on 10/30/10…Was the Boxers’ No. 2 runner at the NCAA West Region Championships on 11/13/10…Placed 20th at the season-opening Lewis & Clark Invitational on 9/11/10.
 
High School: Ran at Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego, Calif…2009-10: First Team All-Valley League selection…Helped lead Mt. Carmel to Valley League team title and berth in California state meet…Earned team’s sportsmanship and “Victory With Honor” awards…Ran cross country best of 19:19 for three miles and track bests of 2:33 for 800 meters, 5:39 for 1,600 meters and 12:05 for 3,200 meters…2008-09: Second Team All-Valley League selection…2007-08: Helped Mt. Carmel to the California state championship.
