Mt. Hood CC: Played two seasons (2011, 2012) at the community college in Gresham under Bryan Donohue…2012: Finished with a 1-0 record and a 2.45 earned run average, striking out 15 in 24 innings pitched…2011: Finished with a 0-1 record and 1.54 ERA in 13 innings.
 
High School: Played for Tim Prosser (2008-2009) and Tim Lokken (2010) at St. Helens High School…2010: First Team All-Northwest Oregon Conference (NWOC) selection at pitcher…Named the team’s Most Outstanding Player…Finished with a 6-4 record and 1.10 earned run average with 79 strikeouts in 85 innings…2009: First Team All-NWOC selection…Finished with 6-2 record, 1.77 ERA and 71 strikeouts in 70 innings…2008: Second Team All-NWOC selection…Finished with 5-1 record, 1.90 ERA and 54 strikeouts in 65 innings…Also played varsity basketball.
