2011: Earned place in starting rotation as a freshman, starting 10 games and making 12 total appearances…Finished with 3-5 record and 5.79 earned run average in 56 innings…Spent much of season as the No. 2 starter in the rotation…Earned first collegiate win by allowing four runs on seven hits in six innings against Concordia (Ore.) on 2/19/11…Earned win against George Fox on 3/12/11 by allowing one unearned run on six hits with three strikeouts in seven innings…Went season-long 7.2 innings against Menlo on 3/27/11, earning the win by allowing two runs on seven hits with season-high seven strikeouts.
 
High School: Played for Robert Medley at Scappoose High School…Also participated in varsity football and basketball where he was an All-Cowapa League selection and Scholar Athlete Award recipient in both sports.
