2008-09: Played a critical factor for the Boxers in the sprint freestyle and butterfly events...Owned the team’s top times in the 100-yard butterfly (58.15) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:15.74)...Had the team’s second best time in the 50-yard butterfly (27.00) and the 50-yard freestyle (23.17)...Swam at the NWC Championships in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard butterfly...Also swam legs on record-setting 400-yard medley relay and all three freestyle relay teams.

2007-08: Posted the Boxers' top times in both the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.63) and 200-yard butterfly (2:18.62)...Swam legs on all five relay teams, including school-record setting 800-yard freestyle relay...Posted first place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle and the 200-yard butterfly to lead Pacific to their first dual meet victory over Willamette...Finished 11th at Northwest Invitational in 100 fly and 13th at NWC Championships in 200 fly.

High School: Swam for Jason Hafner at McMinnville High School...2006-07: Member of McMinnville's seventh place 200-yard freestyle relay team and 11th place 400-yard freestyle relay team at the Oregon state championships...Team captain...Best times of 23 seconds in 50-yard freestyle and 51 seconds in 100-yard freestyle

Personal: Son of Shane & Donna Kimura...Sociology major and psychology minor...His father, Shane, is the longtime volleyball coach at Linfield College and his brother, Reid, swam three years at the University of Redlands...Chose Pacific because he wanted to be close to home...Favorite Quote: Attitude is everything...Career Ambition: College professor.
