ENTRY PROCEDURES: Meet entries will only be accepted via the Direct Athletics Web Site. No High school / high school age athletes. They will be scratched with no refund. Entries will be accepted from Apr. 24 until Wed., May 2 at Noon. Final scratches are due by Thurs., May 3, at Noon. Scratches MUST be e-mailed to Tim Boyce, tim.boyce@pacificu.edu. No additions or entries on the day of the meet will be accepted, so please enter athletes only in the events in which they plan to compete.

NO HIGH SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL AGED ATHLETES! They will be scratched and no refund will be issued.

ENTRY FEE: Entry fee is $20 per event entered. Payments for individuals only accepted online, teams pay in person. Maximum charge of $200 per team per gender or $400 for combined men/women. Please make checks payable to Pacific University.  No refunds for any reason.

WEIGH-INS: Weigh-ins will take place from 2:30-3:30 p.m. on Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Saturday behind the stadium. Implements not passing inspection will be held until the conclusion of the event.  Teams are responsible for their own implements.

FIELD EVENTS: All field events will have three preliminaries attempts, with the top-8 performers advancing for three attempts in the finals. All efforts will be measured. Athletes will report to the field event areas at least 15 minutes before competition.

RUNNING EVENTS: Competitors should report to the clerking area at least 30 minutes before event start time. Heats and lane assignments will be determined by entry times. All athletes must run in their assigned heats/lanes. Absolutely no exceptions.

RESULTS: Results will be posted within the stadium as they become available. Results will also be posted on the Pacific Athletics Web site following the meet. A HTML file of the results will be sent to sports information directors at all participating schools. Hy-Tek Meet Manager back-up files and Team manager results files will be sent to all Northwest Conference schools (and any other school that requests it) following the meet.

LOCKER ROOMS/SHOWERS: Dressing rooms and shower facilities are available in the Stoller Center, just south of the track. Athletes must supply their own towels.

TRAINING ROOM: Trainers will be available starting at 3 p.m./9 a.m. Training Room - All athletes must provide their own taping supplies. Pacific University’s athletic training staff will require a note from a certified athletic trainer and/or physician for the application of modalities (ultra-sound, electrical stimulation, light therapy). The note must state the reason for the treatment and include all treatment parameters. For questions about modalities, please contact Linda McIntosh at 503-352-2763.

SPIKES: The facility allows 1/4-inch spikes maximum on all track surfaces. No exceptions.

BUSSES: All team busses must drop off on Main St., adjacent to the stadium and will park east of the stadium alond 23rd Ave.  No bus parking is allowed on Main St., in campus lots or in the Forest Grove Aquatic Center parking lot.  See Campus Map

5:10 p.m.: Men's 1,500 Meters
5:40 p.m.: Women's 5,000 Meters
6:15 p.m.: Men's 5,000 Meters - Section 1 (Top 20 Times)
6:35 p.m.: Men's 5,000 Meters - Section 2 (Sections will be consolidated if 25 or less check in)
6:55 p.m.: Combined 10,000 Meters (Men & Women) - Will move to 6:35 pm start if men's 5,000 meters is combined
