2013: Made 10 appearances and three start on the mound…Finished with a 2-2 record and a 5.26 earned run average…Was named to the D3Baseball.com Team of the Week on Apr. 30 after allowing one run on one hit with three walks and four strikeouts in six innings at Concordia (Ore.) on 4/23/13 and earning the save against Pacific Lutheran on 4/27/13…Both he and his brother, Danny (basketball), were named to D3Sports teams of the week in the same academic year…Earned second win of season vs. Whitman on 5/4/13. Allowing six runs, four earned, on for hits in five innings.
 
High School: Played for Kevin Cave (2009-2011) and Dan Floyd (2012) at Central Catholic High School…2011: Second Team Oregon 6A All-State selection as a pitcher…Selected as the Mt. Hood Conference Pitcher of the Year.
 
Personal: Son of Paul & Debi Brakebush…Accounting major…His twin brother, Danny, is a starting guard on the Pacific men’s basketball team…His brothers-in-law, Blaine Knuth and Nick McNeely, were four-year members of the Pacific baseball program…Chose Pacific because it was a place he could play baseball, where he fit in academically and because it was close to home…Favorite TV Show: Survivor…Favorite Class In School: Accounting…Favorite Foods: Tortellini.
