Cross Country 2013: Ran in all seven meets…Ran season best of 24:48 for 6,000 meters at Lewis & Clark Invitational on 10/19/13…Missed new personal best by one second with time of 24:49.83 at NCAA West Regional Championships on 11/16/13…Ran best of 20:45.34 over 5,000 meters at the Willamette Invitational on 10/5/13.
High School: Ran for Kim Munez (cross country) and Margaret Walker (track and field) at Stadium High School…Finished with prep bests of 23:31 in cross country 5,000 meters, 30.21 seconds in 200 meters, 1:05.01 in the 400 meters and 13 feet, 10 inches in the long jump.
