Track & Field 2014: Northwest Conference champion in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters for the second consecutive season and was named by coaches as the Men’s Track Athlete of the Meet at the NWC Championships…Cruised to an 11-second victory in 5,000 meters with a time of 14:54.73…Won the 10,000 meters in time of 32:02.36…Set school record in 10,000 meters with time of 31:06.59 at the Linfield Icebreaker on 2/28/14 and then shattered the mark again with time of 30:24.44 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on 4/4/14…Set school record in 5,000 meters with time of 14:27.26 at the Oxy Invite on 5/10/14…Qualified for NCAA Division III Championships in both events…Placed 18th in 10,000 meters with time of 32:02.36 and finished 10th in the 5,000 meters in time of 14:54.73…During indoor season, set school records in the 3,000 meters (8:43.84) and 5,000 meters (15:03.59).

Cross Country 2013: First Team All-NWC and All-West Region selection…Was selected as a USTFCCCA Division III Scholar-Athlete…Finished second at the NWC Championships with time of 25:01.60, the highest Pacific placer since 1976…Ran 24:49.28 at the Sundodger Invitational on 9/14/13, placing third…Performance was second fastest in school history over 8,000 meters…Was named NWC Men’s Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week after each of his first four races…Placed seventh at the NCAA Division III West Regional on 11/16/13 in time of 25:16.97…Went on to place 164th at NCAA Division III Championships with time of 26:21.3…Finished no worse than seventh in any race until nationals.

Cross Country 2012: Was Pacific’s No. 1 runner from start to finish and one of three men’s athletes to compete in all seven regular season meets…Earned Second Team All-NWC honors, placing ninth at the NWC Championships on 10/27/12…Earned All-West Region honors and qualified for NCAA Championships with 15th place finish at NCAA West Regional Championships on 11/12/12…Time of 24:59.30 over 8,000 meters in the meet is third best in school history…Ran 27:08.6 at the NCAA Division III Championships on 11/17/12, placing 253rd…Opened his career with a second place finish at the George Fox dual on 9/1/12, with time of 15:57.8 over 5,000 meters….Placed 13th at the Sundodger Invitational on 9/15/12, running 25:29.42 in his first collegiate 8,000-meter race.
High School: Ran for Sue Fleskus at Forest Grove High School…2011: Pacific Conference champion and finished 32nd at the Oregon 6A state championships and helped lead Vikings to ninth place team finish…Ran season best of 15:58 over 5,000 meters…2010: Honorable Mention All-Pacific Conference selection and competed at Oregon 6A state championships…Ran season best of 17:10….Also competed in track and field.
