High School: Played for Dave Nesmith at Maui High School...Was named the team’s Outstanding Off-Season Athlete in 2006 and earned Scholar Athlete Award honors as a linebacker...Also competed in varsity judo...Was the 2006 and 2007 Maui Interscholastic League (MIL) champion and was named the 2007 Maui High School Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Son of Orlando & Elvira Ferrer...Psychology major...Chose Pacific because of the low student-to-teacher ratio and the small campus size...Favorite Quote: Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God’s love present in his heart (Albert Einstein).
