High School: Played for Siuaki Livai at Kahuku High School...Played three years of varsity at defensive end...Also competed in varsity wrestling...Finished second in the 189-pound weight class at the 2006 Hawaii state championships.

Personal: Son of Clellan & Luanne Aalona...Exercise Science major...Chose Pacific because it is a good school.
