Justin Fritz

Justin Fritz, a product of the nationally ranked Oregon football program, enters his second season with Pacific as an offensive assistant coach.

Fritz played the 2009 season for the Ducks, playing on Oregon’s Pac-10 championship team that went to the Rose Bowl.  In 2010, he worked as a student intern under assistant head coach Steve Greatwood when the Ducks won their second straight Pac-10 title and advanced to the 2011 BCS National Championship game.

Prior to his arrival in Eugene, Frtiz played played two seasons at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.  He came back from a 2005 knee injury to play at offensive guard in 2006 and center in 2007.

A native of Sublimity, Fritz lettered four times in football at Regis High School.  A two-time all-state selection on both the offensive and defensive lines, he was named the 2004 all-state lineman of the year as well as the Tri-River Conference Lineman of the Year.  In addition, Fritz was also a letterwinner in golf and track and field.

Fritz graduated from Oregon in 2010 with a degree in environmental geography and earned a second degree in political science in 2011.
