Salanoa-Tuioti joined the Pacific coaching staff prior to the 2022 season, serving as the wide receivers coach.
In 2021, he medically retired due to multiple concussions and joined New Mexico staff as offensive student assistant working with quarterbacks and running backs.
A 2016-17 and 2017-18 New Mexico Scholar-Athlete, Salanoa-Tuioti was named a 2017 Mountain West All-Academic selection. He joined Teton Saltes in the spring of 2020, meeting with New Mexico legislators regarding mental health initiatives for student-athletes in the state of New Mexico.
