2009-10: Did not compete...Spent the 2009 cross country season as an assistant coach.
Track & Field 2009: Ran season bests of 4:18.42  in 1,500 meters and 31:40.69 in the 10,000 meters...Qualified for the  10,000 meters at the NWC Championships.
Cross Country 2008: Was the Boxers’ No. 1 runner  the entire season...Finished runner-up at the Warner Pacific/Cascade  Open on 10/11/08...Time of 26:14.15 was No. 16 on Boxers’ All-Time  Top-25 List at 8,000 meters...Placed 28th at the NWC Championships with  time of 26:41.02.
Track & Field 2008: Finished 11th in 10,000  meters and 15th in 5,000 meters at NWC Championships...Was Pacific’s  only male competitor in both races all season...Also posted school’s  season best time in 1,500 meters of 4:14.63...Ran bests of 9:07 in 3,000  meters, 15:41.32 in 5,000 meters and 32:37.3 in 10,000 meters.
Cross Country 2007: Did not run.
Track & Field 2007: Ran season bests of 2:14.65  in 800 meters, 4:26.68 in 1,500 meters, 16:43.63 in 5,000 meters,  35:37.14 in 10,000 meters and 10:30.16 in steeplechase.
Cross Country 2006: Did not run.
Track & Field 2005: Ran in three races in  injury-shortened season...Posted season best of 27:41.33 for 8,000  meters at season-opening Boxer Rebellion meet...Placed 66th at NWC  Championships.
High School: Ran for Sue Fleskes at Forest Grove High School...2004:  First Team All-Pac-9 Conference in cross country...Member of Forest  Grove's state meet qualifying cross country team...Second Team All-Pac-9  Conference in track and field in the 1,500 meters...High school career  bests of 4:12 in 1,500 meters, 9:20 in 3,000 meters and 17:00 in cross  country (5,000m).
