Cross Country 2011: Ran in five meets, typically as the No. 6 or No. 7 runner…Ran season best of 28:07.97 for 8,000 meters at the NWC Championships on 10/29/11…Time marked a nearly two-minute improvement from first race of the season.
 
Wrestling: Was Pacific’s regular starter at 141 pounds, amassing a 16-14 record and a 7-5 dual meet record…Finished sixth for the Boxers at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

High School: Ran for Shane Westfall at Craig High School…Was a three-time qualifier for the Alaska state championships…Ran career best of 17:14 over 5,000 meters…Also competed in varsity basketball, wrestling and baseball…In wrestling, was a four-time regional champion and four-time state placer and one-time state champion…Was a two-time all-conference selection in basketball.
