Richard Warren enters his 21st year as Pacific's Director of Golf. He is in his 21st season as the head coach of the Boxer women's program and his 20th as the coach of the men's team.

Warren's women's teams have had a large measure of Northwest Conference success, having won conference titles in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008. Warren's 2008 Boxer team won the NWC tournament title by 20 strokes, and the 2006 squad won by 34. The 2008 team finished 18th at the NCAA Division III national championship. Warren was named the NWC Coach of the Year in each of those seasons.

On the men's side, Warren guided Max Bonk to individual titles at the Northwest Conference Championship in 2008 and 2009 and to qualify for the NCAA Division III National Championships in 2008 and 2010. He also coached Daniel Cashmere to West All-Region team honors. In 2007 and 2011 his men's teams posted fourth place finishes at the NWC tournament.

His coaching experience at Pacific also branches into other sports as he was an assistant coach for six years with the women's basketball program and an assistant for eight seasons with the men's basketball team.

A self-described "golfaholic," Warren started the program at Banks High School in 1995 and served as its head coach before leaving in May 2000 to take the Pacific position. He also has coached basketball and volleyball at Banks and was head coach at Yamhill Carlton in volleyball.

Married with two children, Warren is a native of Seattle, Wash. where he attended Cleveland High School.
