Kellan McNamara enters his sixth season as an assistant coach for the men's soccer program, and his third with Coach Porter, assisting with all aspects of the program with an emphasis on recruiting.  

McNamara has extensive club experience working as a staff coach and PDP Director with Willamette United FC, as well as with Oregon Premier FC as an Academy Coach in the south Portland region.

McNamara was a staple on the back line for Pacific during his playing career in Forest Grove from 2012-15. McNamara played in 67 games during his career, recording three goals and an assist from his defensive position. One of his three goals was a game winner against Oregon Tech his sophomore season. 

McNamara is a graduate of Hellgate High School and grew up in Missoula, Montana.  He graduated with his bachelor's degree from Pacific in 2016 and currently resides in Portland.
