Steve Piercy is in his fourth season on the Boxers’ sidelines. Piercy is a 2003 inductee into the Pacific Hall of Fame. As a Boxer from 1985-89, he was an four time First Team All-NWC selection and lead the team in assists in 1987 and 1988 and points in 1987. He ranks fourth among Pacific players with 16 career assists and is second with 10 assists on the single season top-10.
Piercy played semi-professional with F.C. Portland and professional for a year with the Portland Timbers before playing indoor with the Portland Pride.
Piercy has experience coaching at the high school, college and club levels. He spent time as the head coach of the men’s soccer program at Portland Community College and has had success coaching for F.C. Portland’s girl’s teams. With F.C. Portland he has helped lead a U17 and U18 team to become Oregon State champions.
