- Softball Coach 1970-1995
- Director of Athletics 1992-2004
- Led Boxers to six Conference Championships (1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1995
-  Led Boxers to seven National Tournament appearances
- 1985 team finished third at NAIA National Tournament, highest National finish ever for a Pacific team
- 418-146 record (.741 winning percentage) among best in College Softball at any level
- Member of NAIA District II and National Fastpitch Coaches Association Halls of Fame
- Member of USA Softball International selection Committee helping choose the 2000, 2004 and 2008 Olympic Teams
- Also served as Head Coach for Women's Basketball, Volleyball and Field Hockey 
- As Director of Athletics oversaw remodel/ expansion  of Pacific Athletic Center ans addition of six Varsity Teams
