Lance Gilgan

Lance Gilgan begins his third year as a member of the Pacific softball coaching staff.

Gilgan serves as the Boxers' first base coach on gameday and also works with the Boxers defense. 

He previously was an assistant coach for eight seasons at Willamette, and spent time coaching three different sports over 14 years in the Sherwood School District.

He was the head coach of the Sherwood High School softball ream for nine years, and led the Lady Bowmen to five-straight league titles and eight trips to the OSAA State Playoffs.

Gilgan also coached club softball as the co-head coach of the Oregon Panthers 18 Gold ASA team. The Panthers qualified for ASA nationals numerous times under Gilgan's leadership.
