Track & Field 2012: Had season bests of 13.19 seconds for 100 meters, 27.09 seconds for 200 meters and 1:05.29 for 400 meters…Qualified for the NWC Championships in both the 100 meters and 200 meters, finishing 10th in the preliminaries of both races.
 
Cross Country 2011: Competed in four meets…Ran season best of 29:10.58 for 6,000 meters at the Linfield Invitational on 9/24/11.
 
High School: Ran for Charlie Kanzig and Nik Goertzen at Sisters High School…Was a two-time Second Team All-Sky-Em League selection in cross country…Career best of 21:56 in cross country 5,000 meters…In track, career bests of 26.89 in the 200 meters, 1:01.10 in the 400 meters and 2:28 in the 800 meters.
