Track & Field 2012: Ran season bests of 5:09.43 at 1,500 meters, 19:03.28 at 5,000 meters and 40:04.96 at 10,000 meters…Finished ninth at the NWC Championships in the 10,000 meters with time of 40:40.96.
 
Cross Country 2011: Spent all but one meet as the Boxers’ No. 1 or No. 2 runner…Ran season best of 23:59.0 over 6,000 meters at the NCAA West Region Championships on 11/12/11…Time ranked No. 12 on Pacific’s All-Time List…Placed third at the Puget Sound Open on 9/3/11 with time of 24:45…Placed 10th at the Boxer Rebellion on 10/15/11 with time of 24:00.90.
 
Track & Field 2011: Ran season bests of 5:14.40 in the 1,500 meters, 19:29.58 in the 5,000 meters and 40:42.62 in the 10,000 meters…At the NWC Championships, placed 12th in the 10,000 meters with time of 42:41.61 and 17th in the 5,000 meters with time of 20:01.59.
 
Cross Country 2010: Ran in all eight meets…Ran season best time of 25:19.61 at the Linfield Preview on 9/25/10…Clocked season best of 19:42 over 5,000 meters and placed 13th at Warner Pacific Open on 10/16/10.

Track & Field 2010: Ran season bests of 5:27.63 in 1,500 meters, 20:23.65 in the 5,000 meters and 43:30.46 at 10,000 meters...Qualified for the NWC Championships in the 10,000 meters, finishing 19th.

Cross Country 2009: Ran in all seven meets...Ran season best of 25:06.58 over 8,000 meters at PLU Invitational on 10/10/09....Time ranked No. 16 on Pacific All-Time Top-25 List at the distance...Was the No. 2 runner for the Boxers at the Northwest Classic on 9/26/09, finishing eighth...Was also No. 2 runner at Beaver Classic on 10/24/09.

High School: Ran for Joy Isbell and Les Helsey at Fort Jones High School...Two-time all-league selection in cross country and one-time all-league selection in track...Career bests of 21 minutes in cross country (5,000 meters), 5:50 in 1,600 meters, 12:35 in 3,200 meters and 4-foot-4 in the high jump...Also competed in varsity basketball.
