Cross Country 2011: Ran in five meets…Had season best of 25:48.81 over 6,000 meters at NWC Championships on 10/29/11…Placed 17th at the season-opening Puget Sound Open on 9/3/11.
 
Track & Field 2011: Finished with season best of 2:26.74 in the 800 meters…Qualified for the NWC Championships in the 800 meters, finishing 11th in the preliminary heats…Season best time ranks No. 6 on Pacific’s all-time list.
 
Cross Country 2010: Ran in seven of eight meets…Had season best of 25:43.38 at NWC Championships on 10/30/10.

High School: Ran at Garfield High School…Ran cross country best of 21:45 and track bests of 1:01 for 400 meters, 2:31 in the 800 meters, 5:58 in the 1,600 meters and 13:30 in the 3.200 meters…Also participated in wrestling.
