Ellie Parker joins the volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach after playing for the Boxers for four years from 2015-2019.
Parker during her time as a Boxer earned All-Northwest Conference honors on the court getting the nod for honorable mention in 2017 and second team in 2018 at the setter position. She helped the Boxers earn a third place finish in both 2017 (17-7 overall (10-6 NWC)) and 2018 (18-8 overall (11-5)) in the Northwest Conference.
During her four years as a Boxer Parker played in 60 varsity matches recording 1,929 assists along with 487 digs, 47 aces, and 34 blocks. Her 964 assists and 11.08 assists per set marks led the NWC her junior year, while she finished ranked second in both categories in the NWC her senior year (911 assists and 10.12 assists per set).
She has been coaching in the club volleyball scene the past few years working with Athena VBC and North Pacific Juniors.
Parker graduated from Pacific University in 2019 and also work for the sports information department as a photography during her time as a student at Pacific.
