Ben Grimm enters his first season as part of the Pacific football coaching staff and will serve as an defensive assistant coach working with the defensive line.
Grimm joins the Pacific staff with his prior coaching experience coming at the high school level as he was an assistant coach at Valley Catholic high school in Beaverton; he coached defensive line and was a defensive coordinator at the high school level. He spent the last 12 years as a Sales Director selling technology to Fortune 500 companies.
He is responsible for recruiting Southern California, Eastern Washington, Montana, Wyoming and most of states east of the Rocky Mountains for the Boxers.
Grimm earned his bachelor's degree in social studies from Portland State University.
