Claire Ratcliff, a 2020 Pacific graduation, returned to her alma mater to become the head coach of the Boxer rowing program in 2024.
Ratcliff, a member of the Pacific rowing team from 2016-2020, was named All-Northwest Conference in 2019.Â
She spent the last three years at Commencement Bay Rowing Club in Lakewood, Wash., where she coached the Youth Men's 4 to a regional championship and the U17 girls to the petite championship at the Northwest Regionals.
Ratcliff also coached at Pacific Lutheran University for two seasons, where she ran the men's club team in 2023 and then served as an assistant coach for the women's program in 2024.
