Fraser C. Horn serves as the team optometrist for Pacific athletics while serving as the Interim Dean of the College of Optometry and is a professor.
Horn provides lectures in Sports and Recreational Vision, Ocular Disease I, Applied Ocular Therapeutics and Ocular Emergencies courses, while he teaches in the areas of Doctor of Optometry, Vision Science, Applied Vision Science and Visual Function in Learning.
His research interest focuses on sports vision, contact lenses, ocular disease and primary care.
Horn earned his bachelor's degree from Pacific University and went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific in 2004. He did his residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at Perry Point VAMC.
