Dr. Brad Butler has served as Pacific's team physician since 1997. Dr. Butler is a sports medicine specialist, affiliated with Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists in Portland. In addition to his work with Pacific, Dr. Butler participates in sports medicine coverage of local, national and international sporting events.
Educated at Tulane University, the University of Oklahoma and the University of Zurich, Switzerland, Dr. Butler is fellowship trained in sports medicine, knee and shoulder surgery. With an expertise in the reconstruction of shoulders, elbows and knees using arthroscopic techniques, he has always been drawn to the technical problem solving and intellectual challenges of his profession.
Dr. Butler earned his bachelor's degree from Willamette University in Chemistry and went to medical school at Tulane University earning his medical degree.Â
